Gazpacho is a cold tomato soup. A Spanish recipe for the summer, refreshing, delicious, simple and full of vitamins. Ideal for hot days.
– Blanch a kilo of tomatoes and remove the zest
– Cut the tomatoes and 3 cloves garlic
– Mix with oil and salt
– As a garnish cut cucumber, onion, red and green peppers, bread, and if you want ice cubes.
You can also drink it, in that case without garnish.
